Pies are the dessert staple at Beekman 1802 Farm. So we finally got around to designing the perfect pie plate for us. Made by one of our Beekman 1802 Rural Artisans, this ceramic dish is just deep enough, just thick enough, and with just enough raised ridges on the bottom to cook a perfect pie, every time. (Plus it has a small goat imprint right in the center of the bottom.)

Made of sturdy ceramic, and finished with our signature Beekman 1802 Gun Metal Glaze to look like sold iron.
