Probably our favorite find when we first purchased Beekman 1802 Farm was the old tart cherry tree in the back yard. When Josh was growing up in Wisconsin, he and his family picked and pitted bucketfuls of "pie cherries" every summer. He'll pass up a sweet Bing Cherry for a tart pie cherry every time.
French chefs know that cherry pits have a natural almond flavor note when cooked, and that's why the fruit pairs so well with almonds. Our Tart Cherry Almond Jam perfectly combines these two complimentary flavors in sweet-tart summer harmony.

Cherries, sugar, lemon juice, pectin, almond extract (water, alcohol, oil of bitter almond,) butter. Uses real fruit, may contain pieces of pit.
